Yan's First Built Project in London

Royal Botanic Kew Garden
by Marks Barfield Architects

Yan's first project in UK has been officially opened by the Royal Family member, Princess Alexandra last week. There were 9,000 visitors on the first day. How good the feedback from the public is! So far, we only receive one negative feedback who didn't get the feature of Corten steel. Fair enough.

Together with Chris Smiles, the project architect, Yan has worked throughout this project as another key designer to produce all the building information out of the Digital Project design model. It's a milestone project in terms of applying advanced digital technology and technique to real project and benefit the working flow. It's not only about the intelligent design, but also the efficient communication between different consultants, which is actually more crucial to deliver a good design.

Go to Kew and have a brilliant walk! That is the experience you have never had.
